Considering at least two (2) projects you recently contributed to, answer the following questions.

1. Detail two separate occasions you have procured goods or services for a project.
2. Give an example from a project where you made a successful procurement.
   • Give an example from a different project where you got it wrong!
3. What information do you record over the life of a procurement?
   • How do you use those records to continually improve?

Where possible, provide evidence or examples to support your answers.
