Considering at least two (2) projects you recently contributed to, answer the following questions.

1. How do you work with others to establish various stakeholder needs and interests?
2. What interpersonal skills and communication techniques do you use when engaging with stakeholders?
3. Give an example from a project where you got stakeholder communication right.
   • Give an example from a different project where you got it wrong!

Where possible, provide evidence or examples to support your answers.
